Yay finally pictures of a semi complete engine bay, the car drives, just still has a few kinks to sort out.

Now my much upgraded PCV system. The hose on the side goes directly to the valve cover. The two on the top go to the vacuum sources. Both with check valves keeping this can always in vacuum.

One to the plenum like every 4AG, then the other to the turbos intake, on a 45ish degree angle. I am yet to see how effective this is. Air should be shooting past it pretty fast, especially while boosting. Also Nissan cast is confusing, some of it welds great, some of it welds like poop, damn you.

The hope here is that which ever source has more(or less?) vacuum will open its check valve and close the other. I want check valves with LEDs. This all seems rather complicated. Short of a vacuum $$$ pump I can't come up with a simpler way to do it for free.

PS: joel deserves BJs, but that's for the next post.

This is a turbo. It doesn't make my 4AG rev to 10k. If you don't have a turbo your 4AG is slow. Science.

This shows how well the turbo elbow welded. Lava. I grinded it "smooth" and the buffed it because I'm a D bag.

And in case any of you still think I am smart. This was the cause of all the crank case commotion on my last motor. Stock is on the top. yeah this happened.

Went driving this thing tonight. Pulls pretty ok for 4 people and 5psi. Boy do I like MAP tuning. Only rubs tires on big bumps, the exhaust needs some love though.

    on the scales.

2028lbs with 90% of the interior, full tank, rebar, real windows, heater, gussets, stich welded, and some stickers. I think I saved weight by running less oil.

If you want to drive this particular beauty all you need to do is get your ass to a cap d.

8psi now. It's getting scary quick for what I am used to in a Corolla, but I am a puss so who knows.

Hey how did you route your turbo coolant hoses ? It seems like you used the block's drain port.
