    20V 4AGE parts available at www.lithiatoyotaparts.com

My name is Aaron Willis. I am not really active here, but am on the MR2 forums a lot and have been around since the old Toyota Mods mailing list days. I have been working at Lithia Toyota of Springfield, Oregon and specializing in MR2 parts (and dabbling in exhaust work at www.SV3Power.com) for several years now. There is some bleed-over into the AE86 world and it was suggested that we post a list of the 20V parts that we stock or can get. These are all brand new, genuine Toyota OEM parts, and we stock them whenever possible. Here's what we've added so far:

    19101-16010 - Distributor cap
    19102-74040 - Distributor rotor
    90099-14091 - Distributor housing O-ring
19127-74040 - Distributor cap packing (seal between cap and distributor)
90919-21520 - Spark plug wire set
    90919-01178-83 - Spark plug (4 req'd)
Air filter - typically open cone or individual clamp-on
90915-YZZF1 - Oil filter, US market Denso, made in Thailand
90915-10004A - Oil filter, JDM Denso, made in Japan
04111-16211 - Engine overhaul gasket set, 20V Silvertop
04111-16330 - Engine overhaul gasket set, 20V Blacktop
11115-16111 - Head gasket, 20V Silvertop or Blacktop
    11213-16021 - Valve cover gasket, 20V
    13521-16060 - Crankshaft Timing Pulley, 20V Blacktop
    13540-16010 - Timing belt tensioner, 20V Blacktop
    13568-19035 - Timing belt, 20V Silvertop
    13568-19185 - Timing belt, 20V Blacktop
    15100-19045 - Oil pump, 20V Blacktop
    16100-19245 - Water pump, 20V Silvertop
    16100-19285 - Water pump, 20V Blacktop
    17173-16030 - Exhaust manifold gasket, 20V
    17177-16020 - Intake manifold gasket, 20V Silvertop
    17177-16030 - Intake manifold gasket, 20V Blacktop
    90210-09016 - Valve cover grommet, 20V
    90311-40015 - Intake cam seal, 20V

There are two oil filter choices. The first filter listed is the Denso filter built in Thailand for the US market. If you walk into a Toyota dealership in the US, that's the filter you are going to get. It uses a pleated paper element and is a better filter than most of the "parts store" products. But we also carry the Japanese built Denso filter (we added the A to each part number to prevent the computer from superseding to the US part). The Japanese filter still uses the old crystal matrix style element, which offers better filtration and flow than the pleated style, but costs more to make. We stock those for people who want a little better filter on their engine. It's still reasonably priced and gives a little more peace of mind.

Rather than post prices on forums, we ask people to paste the part number into the search functions on the LEFT SIDE of our website at www.LithiaToyotaParts.com. This gets you current pricing and lets you to add the parts to your cart and place the order. It works with any Toyota part number that we have access to, and we manually add the JDM parts that we stock to the site. Since you have part numbers, do not select a vehicle on our website. It is not necessary and it does create a lot of problems.

Pricing is excellent, and we take pride in offering much better customer service and far more product knowledge than other dealerships, but we do not claim to be "the cheapest" because adding cheapness would mean sacrificing the time and effort it takes to do the job the way we want to do it. We ship to Canada via USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail. You can select the Canadian shipping option on checkout. The website shipping estimate is only an estimate, but it is usually fairly close. Customers often receive a partial refund if the estimate is significantly higher than actual shipping costs.

Let us know if you need something particular that you can't find. You can reply here or email me if you need help with other part numbers for use on our site. Otherwise, have fun!

Wow! Those are some wicked prices! $145USD for a Kouki JDM bumper.

However it looks like the Zenki lips are made of unobtanium.

Aaron, I'll be buying parts from you shortly. I've done business with you before and will happily buy more.

Ah, well, that's a bit of a special case. There are some JDM part numbers that are on the US database, which means they appear at first glance to be available, but they are specifically coded as non-import parts. That means that Toyota Motor Sales USA will not sell those parts to US dealers. Even though the part number works on our system and the part may be in a US warehouse, Toyota will not sell us the part. AE86 bumpers are in that group and are pretty much a no-go, unfortunately. Oddly, ST185RC/CS bumpers and associated parts are still available to us - for the time being.

If you like, post a list of part numbers here. I can tell you whether they are actually available to us or not.

I need both intake and exhaust cam gear seals for my BT20v. Im gettin confused though...

Above you list 90311-40015 as "Intake cam seal, 20V". However on lithia its "SEAL, TYPE T OIL"?

Then 90311-35040 lists as "Intake cam seal, 20V"

Isnt 90311-35040 the exhaust side and 90311-40015 is the intake side?

You have them reversed. Our description for 90311-40015 reads "Intake cam seal, 20V 4AGE" whereas 90311-35040 returns multiple non-20V results.

Just to clarify and confirm, 90311-40015 is indeed the intake cam seal for a 20V. 90311-35040 is exhaust cam seal for 20V as well as intake and exhaust cam seals for 16V 4AGE, 3SGE, 3SGTE, and several other things.

We can get 16V TRD head gaskets in about two business days. The part number is PTR04-17900-03. The 20V version would be a special order from Japan and that can take about four months.

We can get them as a special order through our importer. That can take a month or so depending on where we catch them in their shipping cycle. Part number is 13011-16360 for standard bore and those can be ordered or priced out on our site. Oversized ring set is 13013-16360. They are not on the site yet but we can get them. Price would be similar to 13011-16360.

The blacktop intake cam pulley is 13050-16020. Just like the piston rings, they are a special order from our importer and that can take four to six weeks. I have added it to our web store so it is now searchable by part number.

You have a 20V overhaul gasket set, do you have a 16V one too? Preferably a small port one?
