was the T50 transmission rebuilt w/ OEM parts?

not sure. I bought it off of a DK'er who bought it from someone else who had it rebuilt. It the one attached to the silvertop now.

Shifts smoothly at 9000rpm

nope tranny is rockin`. Actually, if its shuddering, maybe you should check your flywheel before switching trannies.

What does DK think of this ^ ?

I heard the 20v header will fit on 16valve
will it or no?? and would it make a difference from the stock mani??

front wheel drive it should. for 86 it needs to be modded and is not worth it IMO.

what kind of header would you recommend

the stock manifold flows quite well actually. I wouldnt change it unless it was cracked or i wanted to squeeze every last hp out of the engine. I would buy lsd first, then suspension, then engine upgrades.

I have a complete exhaust system for sale in the first thread. For the price, it would be tough to beat. (edit: i just saw you are from the states; shipping would be nasty)

If you did want i header a trd old style is considered to be the best bang for the buck, but they are rare and owners usually dont want to give them up. From there you could get an obx one, but a dk member had major fitment issues with it. As for headers, its expensive if you want a good one.

get your electronics now while they are cheap guys. Always good to have on hand so when something dies you dont get raped by someone trying to take advantage of your situation.

Consider it an investment in your 86. You WILL FOR SURE 100% be able to get your money back if not more if you dont need a particular item.

I had to pay $150 for dizzy and ignitor from a junkyard cause my car was stranded 50kms from my house.

thanks for for a nice meeting pat, mike, gary and trent! I hope you enjoy the rims. A part of me wants to see the drift rims (the cheapies) mangled in a drift-go-wrong accident. That way, ill know they went to good use. ;)

Rebuilt tranny and crank pulley up for grabs guys! Get it before ebay does!
