on the instalation scale out of 10 this will be a 8.5 to install as 2 threaded fittings need to be welded to the crossmember.

basically this product stiffens up the crossmember for any unwanted flex. it is constructed from 5/8ths diameter dom tubing and utilizes heim joints.

close up of welded in fittings. these locate in existing holes on the crossmember and get welded into place.

price will be 180. and if your in vancouver i will do install included in that price.

that's a pretty flipping awesome product. it's only the threaded hole that is welded right? I assume one can remove the brace incase they need access to the transmission in the future.

the brace is 100% removeable, for tranny servicing. the rear bolts go into existing threaded holes near the tranny mounts.

I don't think so, it looks like the exaust piping hangs lower than the brace(from looking at the picture. Am i right?

On adams car yes.. as it looks like the exhaust from his Mazda motor comes down in front of the xmember, not behind as in a stock corolla..

from memory, xmember is the lowest point in the front.. looks like you might lose 1-1.5" of clearance from the bolt head, welded boss and heim joint.. I'd be tempted to weld a bit of a protective ramp in front of that, hoping to deflect anything down (or xmember upwards..)...
