Selling my wicked awesome set of Nokian Hakk 4 studded. Better than WR or RSi.

175/70R13. Mounted on stock Hyundai Accent 13" wheels.
4x100 FWD offset 54.1mm hub bore. This is the same hub bore as many
4x100 toyotas, so it could be a perfect hubcentric fit if your FWD toyota brakes are small enough for 13" wheels.

Used for about 5000kms. Grips like a madman. Did one winter AutoX on these with 1WD 90hp and toasted most of the Subarus that showed up... these tires rock. These are the first hakkas with the square stud technology.

I'm selling because I've sold my Accent, which I'll miss very much.

It's very difficult to find studded hakks lately... especially with quebec taking all canadian winter tire stock.

Asking $475 for the wheels/tires. Paid a grand just for the tires.

Yeah, totally, nice detail shots. Good work.

I'm with Narfy, I think, unless someone can assure me that 13" Accent wheels will fit an AW11. Can anyone assure me of that? I've heard 13's are hard to fit...

if your 85 AW11's brakes are not modified, they'll fit... not sure about the wheels... but 13" tires will clear the brakes...

Just letting you all know these are the best snow tires you can buy, pretty much.

I got my mom a set for her honda fit, funny watching a FWD hatchback drive by Fullsize 4x4's stuck in the snow.

I can't say for sure whether they'll fit on an AW11 or not. I don't have one around that I can test it on. If someone around Edmonton has an AW11 I could do a quick test fit with, then I would know. The hubs are the same size though. I know because I used a set of AW11 triangle wheels on my accent and it was a perfect hubcentric fit. I'm actually be surprised if it didn't fit on an AW11, but I've never tried.

Yeah these are killer. I've tried other brands... Uniroyal studded, CT nordic, Goodyear Ultragrip, Michelin arctic and x-ice. None even come close. The ONLY other tire that is comparable to studded Hakks is Gislaved Nord Frost 5 studded. I have a set of those on my Hyundai Sonata. I have Hakk 5 studded on my Tiburon and I can't say I feel any diff between version 4 and version 5. Passing 4x4 vehicles is standard practice when rolling on tires in this class.

Bump for insane snow tires. Worth every penny!

When 16th ave is a parking lot in the winter, I just jump on the shoulder and continue going almost regular speed (60-80km/hr) through deep snow passing everyone :D
Makes for a super fun winter, when on your AE86.

these would make my 4wd corolla unstoppable, even with 3 snows and one all season i was cutting through 3 foot high snow banks.

are these legal for road use in ontario?

No, they are not legal in Newmarket. You gotta be in or north of parry sound to be able to use studs. That is so gay that Ontario banned studs. Why? I don't understand. Modern studs are not like the studs from the 70's where they all damage roads and fly out at highway speeds. Some old, bitter fart high up in ontario transportation must have had a bad experience with studs 35 years ago.

You can get around it by registering your vehicle at an address in parry sound or north though. IF you know someone there and can use their address to register, I believe you are allowed to drive on studded tires anywhere in the entire province.

To bad they weren't 195/65R15 or 205/55R16. My Nexxen Euronwins suck, no win here just lose lose.

They clear ae92 brakes. The ae92gts uses the same brakes as the ae101 and they won't clear over the caliper. The early ae92 brakes are a bolt over and thats what I did on my winter beater ae101. Got a set of new brakes (rotors, pads, calipers) for 30 bucks off a wrecked car in the yard. I have new arctic alpins to wear out that I just got for 15 a piece.
If they are around next season we may talk.
Bump for a wicked set of tires.
