Yes, I do happen to work here, so I do have something to gain. But I'm in I.T. so my gains are indirect.

Either way, maybe there is something a DK'er might wish to buy.
First 100 people will get free lunch (Hot Dogs and Soda Pop, nothing fancy.)

There will be an updated list posted on www.publicauctionservices.ca as we get closer to the date.

We do not have a final list yet as the sale is a number of weeks away and we want to bring in / sell fresh cars.

There will be over 100 passenger vehicles and 100 pieces of equipment.

I would check the web site in a week, and then daily the week before to get the lastest updates. If there is a particular vehicle they are interested in, I can try and check it out a head of time.

Thanks to those who feel I am a Tool!

Just and FYI.

Keep looking on the web site http://www.publicauctionservices.com/ for daily updates of inventory and full condition reports of vehicles listed for auction.

Final list should be done by Wednesday.

On site viewing will start Friday from noon.

I've been told by sales staff that 40 of vehicles will be sold without reserve.

There will be a number of X cop cars, city vehicles P/U's etc. Plus some decent relatively new vehicles (2005 and newer) relatively clean cars (no accidents etc..).

I'll answer any questions about public auctions in this thread or via PM. Going forward (as per the polls) I will not post or inform anyone about any future auction events.

I know this sounds like a stupid question, but does stuff actually ever sell for dirt cheap? I heard public auctions are usually pretty picked over and nothings cheap...

Yes stuff does sell for cheap.

The final update of cars has been posted, 237 to choose from.

There is one more car, that literately just came in, 2002 (or around that year) Mazda Protoge 5, decent body kit, paint, lowered, and some other ricer stuff. It'll be in the sale and hopefully posted to the web site in the morning.

Either way, come out and check out what we have to offer.

Free lunch to the first 100 people, raffle prizes, and a couple (like 5) old school Pontiac trans-am's to look at.

As I said before there are at least 40 (if not more) vehicles that will be sold not matter what the price is on them.

Plus if you don't see something you like, let me know and I can make sure there is a vehicle of that "stature/type" at the next sale. I can't guaranty anything as inventory is based off of what dealers and finance companies will bring in and allow us to sell to the public during that time. Volumes and Inventories are always in flux.
