    Mom's AE92 (paint+wheels)

    Mom's ride... 1988 Corolla GT-S

The car used to be completely black, but was recently painted two tone, with the bottom half being the 2001-2006 (or whatever) Camry metallic grey. It's a very subtle two tone combination, which you can't really appreciate unless the car is in the sun.

The wheels are OEM 15x6 '91 Jetta GLI wheels, made by BBS...took me almost three years to complete the set!

By the way, if anyone has the wiring harnesses for those OEM fog lights under the front bumper...we need them!

Who said anything about 85-88 GLI?
Maybe they were sold with the Jetta GTX's too, but they are 1990-91 GLI wheels.

There's no such thing as an automatic AE92 GT-S

This is her winter/spring car, so the 50 series tires tighten up things just enough. We may go to Eibachs in the future, but there really isn't much need. The car feels great as it is

Oh...and the car is going to Krown by the way

Well whichever, all I know is that the GLI is what i've most commonly found to have those wheels. They're nifty.

Anyone have two spare center caps by chance?

I know there was no AE86 GT-S auto, but I thought there was an AE92 Auto, guess I'll have to check my EPC when I get home... I'm probably wrong.

    You mean SR5's?

Auto AE92 SR5's are just as common as auto AE86 SR5's...it's just a regular Corolla drivetrain afterall

Oh yeah I know, I've seen tons and tons of AE86 SR5 and AE92 SR5 Auto's, I just thought the AE92 GT-S had the auto introduced with it too, but like I said I may be wrong.

Nope, I was wrong, like I suspected.

    No AE92 GT-S Auto.

In fact there's only 2 model codes for the AE92 GT-S...

    AE92L-ACMVFK (Canada) and AE92L-ACMVFA (USA)

I was wondering why those wheels looked familiar.
