The CT26 and manifold from the 7M-GTE will bolt up with minimal headache/modification. Entire 7M-GTE swaps from the MKIII aren't out of the question, either.

And for kicks, Toyota Service Repair Manual - MKII Supra - 1986, specifically; but most things carry over.

I was just digging through my collection of pics, and I found shots of these suckers

They belong to a Toronto Supra Club guy that I know. HKS' TT manifold for the 5M... it's a needle in many, many haystacks

he's got a sr240 right now, engine is all stock. he wanted to go somewhere around the 300 hp range with that car. but right now it's sitting in my garage waiting for a new head and ex. cam. i think i may have spiked his interest in old school toyota's but i know he loves turbo'd cars. i have no idea where he wants to go with this car.

Spend some time with the Search button on celicasupra.com's forums. The thing to know about the 5M is your biggest enemy when boosting it is engine managment because the factory stuff doesn't like piggy-backs. A good turboed 5M, one that will last and take the abuse, will end up costing you about the same as a 7M-GTE swap. It's something to consider.

Also, for a basic bolt-on kit, RabidChimp's is the only one in production.

chimps stuff is good, but its a little pricey for his kit IMO. i did my swap for much less.
I am giving up on the 5mgte for now, i am selling more of my turbo **** as i type. i love the engine, handles tons of abuse and can make power, but its costly.
you hit the nail on the head, fuel management is the ****s with the stock ECU, i was going to go megasquirt for the fuel and keep the 82 vaccum advance distributor setup as it was, its not controlled by the ecu like the other years.
