HA HA thats hilarious.. I grew up in a small town and the '76 Celica Liftback (was it '76 or '77 the year liftback's started?) was my dream car as a kid, a mini-muscle car lol! Truth be told I still love those cars, my buddy has a '75 with a 20R, its purple and resto'd, he wants to sell it to me for 3g's but I'd miss my 4AG !! My first car was an '81 liftback and a stock 20R is just not as fun....

Super Sexy car btw, the supras look very nice!!

    Thanks for the comments all..

Its good from far, but far from good. I shouldve been less hyped up and a little more critical about the car when I bought it... the rockers are completely rotted out behind (where they meet the floor) and arent in great shape in front (under those plastic grey covers) and the front shock towers need some help pretty soon..

I havent quite figured out where to go with this one.. I've got a '72 thats in much better shape stashed away... I only really need one toy (having bought the 87 corolla I now have another toy... I can't help but modify it ) .. I may be parting with this 75 soon.. dunno .. decisions decisions..

Most of the folks I talk to on the street, about this car, are those that have owned em or drooled over em in their youth.. Though yeah, you do hear the mustang or camaro comparison fairly often

nah, not dyno'ed at this point.. the only one I knew of here in Victoria (Island MuscleCars on Cloverdale) seems to be gone.. no drag strip or anything like that..

Yeah the MR2 seats are nice... but I sit -way- too high in the car with them... no way to get in there with a helmet on .. have to find something else..

When I was a kid, my favourite relative was Uncle Caveman.
After school we'd all go play in his cave, and every once in awhile he would eat one of us.
It wasn't until later that I found out that Uncle Caveman was a bear.
