    well done

looking forward to a full report when you get it sorted.

How hard is it to get the tranny in/out with all that motor sitting up front?

    still considering this swap myself.

i'm going to try and just unbolt the front subframe and let it drop the 6-8" and try and remove the transmission that way, we'll see how that goes

hey, I always meant to ask. Why didn't you use the old sr86 shell instead of acquiring another coupe? Or is that shell no more?

Great job as usual steve. I think you should throw some super quiet mufflers on there till you get the body work done, keep the sleeper thing going right untill you blow past em

stupidly enough not even 2 weeks prior to deciding i wasnt putting this into the levin i had given away the sr86 shell and couldnt exactly ask for it back :-(

as for the sleeper look it will definately be sleeperish for awhile, although the end goal is a car that i wouldnt hesitate to driving out to vancouver with so A/C, PS, and quiet are all mandatory

ditto if I ever get to it. Is their room enough for the stock 1uz AC pump? I'll probably go as far as keeping the car very stock looking cept for maybe a set of clean supras. Heck with my bum leg I might even end up with automagic trans (getting old!).

would have to remove the battery tray to fit the AC pump but i think there is enough room (dont have one to test but "should" be. if not I"LL MAKE IT FIT!!! lol

PS pump is installed but i still have to figure a plan for the lines (pump has lines looped full of fluid) but stock lines obviously wont fit

since it's an SR5 car did you do any mods on the fuel tank? or maybe added a fuel slave tank to eliminate fuel starvation problem on hard cornering? just curious?
