Not that i really did anything interesting.... but better pictures. Put the fenders back on and put a lot of the interior back together. Put a downpipe on it. Now its time to route/fit/cut/weld the IC piping without interfering with the popups and mount the FMIC and rad. Front end could use a drop 20-25mm. The front is already a bit lower than the rear when measuring from the drip-rails. I dont; want to put too much rake in it just to get the look because it is already going to be nose heavy. I do have a set of racing scales so i can adjust the corner weighting the best i can. It will be interesting to see what the scales say.

Big 1/8th sheet of sluminum is for making a fully BA skid plate to protect the sump.

yeah these cars and the Supras, and most 80s and earlier Toys have alot more gap up front, but its all in the wheel well opening\flare positioning. It already looks like its raked to the front in that first photo

The car is actually in Abbotsford mang. But I am living and working in CR, hence the less than impressive rate of progress.

Car is on the road and driving. I'll try ti get video soon. Feels nice. No exhaust off the downpipe yet so its lound as **** but sounds good. Its cutting a bit at wot high rpm. Could be overboost fuel cut because of open exhaust and no real intake restriction. That or the ignitor is not getting enough juice because alt is not charging. Anyways its minor, and will be corrected.

I drove the car for the first time on Christmas. Feels good. With an open downpipe and big intake it is overboosting and hitting fuel cut at higher revs. Hopefully with an exhaust system on it it won't overboost. I know I will have to get a FCD but i'm hoping I can run on wastegate pressure and not overboost for a while. I'll try to get a vid soon. Sounds badass. I have to thank my father a ton for the work he has put into this car so that we could get it on the road.

Need to find an appropriate lip

Have to adjust my corner weights

Yeah his is next on deck. We got an exhaust in the celica. Using an RS*R resonator from a soarer and 3" magnaflow muffler. 3" piping from the factory y-pipe back. It sounds alright. Haven't heard it under load yet. Hopefully that tames the fuel cut down a bit.

Yeah she is fully road worthy. The exhaust ended up nice. Last time i drove it it didn't hit fuel cut and pulled really well. Unfortunately i am taking a job up in Fort St. john so celica and i have to part ways for a while again. Earning more money to find some upgrades (and aslo get on with boring adult career oriented life). I'm at a bar in prince george right now missing my car. Girlfriend is here which is small cOnsolation.
