Update! I have become tired of the smokey twins after 300km and ordered a single kit from driftmotion. Comes with a China wastegate and a China manifold reinforced in the USA. T4 turbo with Garrett internals. I might put a Tial WG on it right away. We'll see how the turbo lasts. I want to put a BW s200 on it evuntually.
Brody took some pics of my car and Ryan's SR20 IRS monster together:

Single turbo swap done! On the ferry back to the island with it right now. Fortunately it was clear to see that the trubine side seals on the stock twins were both leaking badly. There is no more embarassing blue cloud behind me now! Just running on the spring now o the chinese knockoff tial. Box said it had a 12psi spring but i'm only getting 8. Still nice power, but it will rip at 12 or 14. Nice and smooth up through the rpm now and not surgey like the failing twins caused. I think i need some heat reflextin tape on the underside of my hood before i bake my paint off though. I'm running the stock BOV on the hot side piping venting to atmosphere now. Sounds like a Greddy type S actually.
Big thanks to my dad at R3 motorsports for the use of his tools and mig and tig welding skills.
Also, Brody's rb25 car dyno'd at 452hp at 17psi yesterday on Tim Brown's dynapack. Look on youtube for vid of that.

Car just got complimented on the ferry by a 40somthing cougar who had a new one in the 80s. Said this looks amazing. Haha hard work validated.

Sweet, looks awesome
Since those pictures I have added: More aluminum furnace ducting tape. **** seems tough! And it's way cheaper than buying any DEI or automotive specific heat reflecting tape. The adhesive seems stable against heat and I no longer worry that i'm baking all the paint off my hood being that it's my daily driver. Plus it makes **** look shiny. Never thought it would happen this wrappin stuff.
I also dropped my oil cap on ****ing hot exhaust manifold and melted the christ out of the top of it. Spare one is in the mail. Fanciest oil cap I have ever seen so i better not **** up the next one. Spring tensioned overengineered piece from Toyota's peak. Don't drop it when it's hot.
Also trying to dial in the E-fans. I need to install a proper water temp guage.
First big job on the list is to rebuild the diff with my Weir Maxgrip kit. The diff is making more noise than it should and It's my biggest concern on the whole car. Too scarred to drop the clutch in the dry with RA1s on it. I need to pick up a cheap daily backup car before i start breaking ****.
Hopefully someone at the Vic car show has adeccent camera and posts some pics up here. I'm terrible for taking pictures and documenting stuff.

To be honest I'm surprised you haven't blown up your diff yet. I blew up my first diff on my x7 the first day I had my car out with the single on. And that was with ****ty 205 passenger tires on and shifting into 3rd.

Yeah i think it depends hugely on the condition of the diff before it sees the power. These diffs have proven to be able to hold quite a bit behind JZ engines.
Here's one way to break a rear end (he's putting down well over 500whp):

Saw you at CR chevron in your supra filling up. I was one of the 10,000 superduty's driving by. Would have stopped to say hi but didn't have time
Who do you work for?
Got my AEM tru-boost installed and I'm running at 11psi now. Going to install my wideband tomorrow and maybe add a couple pounds of boost. Also installed the Maxgrip LSD rebuild kit yesterday, so no more slopcocky diff.

10.2! advance the timing!
BCWORKS
haha i'll just get my timing light out and crank on the dizzy a bit.
I'll have to balls up and get squirted or just buy an AEM PNP setup this winter, or **** it, its a daily driver and it's fast enough. ish. I don't really want to waste my time and half ass it with an SAFC or emanage.

Took some things appart. The LSD needs to be reshimmed. The floating member is hitting the main case.
