    General summarization:

    So Parts I used.

Manual rack, I think it was an MR2 one, I don't know.

Supra Intermediate shaft + manual corolla U joint.

Power inner tie rod. It looked to be the same as the manual, just the tie rod thread went out a little farther, 10mm ish.

Power driver side bracket. As Assassin10k said it is the same size just beefier.

Manual rack passenger side. I used the regular bushing and then filled the rest of the subframe void with half the power rack bushing. and electrical tape to space it. Hhahah. I don't think I am going to die, it was very solid, and the rack actually sits flat...

The icing is the home depot washers I drilled out to 9/16th ID to fit the inners. Although the whole thing is soaked in lock tight, make sure not to get into my car if you want to live. Or anywhere near it for that matter. 4.5mm spacing on each side. BV made washers up to 8mm I believe, yikes.

    Reading sucks,

All this with the addition of the 240 knuckles makes for a hilarious amount of angle considering no custom anything. The tie rod ball joints hit the bump stops on the LCA's well before the rack runs out. I will cut them off this weekend. Then pictures of the angle.

Quinn and I had an assy time getting the power intermediate shaft out. So we ended up pulling the whole column, very simple if anyone is having troubles.

Torched it, smashed it, drilled it, covered in WD40 and it wouldn't budge. After having it in vices at work with stupidly large sledge hammers two nights in a row, it finally started to move. Very frustrating.

Some pictures of where the steering column is supposed to collapse in case of an accident.

The white sleeve sits between the inside and outside steering column covers, so when they crush they move smoothly over each other.

Here you can see the part that sleeves outside the white bearinged thing. Also the break away slots that mount to the dash.

Bored? Well look at this distorting picture!

I am sure you all remember and hate my ass wipe gauge cluster.

Anyway, it's done now. I soaked the paper tubes in epoxy, so they are hard and sealed, shaped the edges, and painted it. More pictures when it is actually in the car.

i like the bolded T I dont get why everyone thinks we have KE70

also they is an easier way where you dont have remove the whole column. Just remove the two 12mm at the bottom and then the snap ring at the top and it should slide out the column "housing" towards the engine bay side. You will have to remove the u-joint knuckle thing first.

also i want to try out your motors if you dont need them, and if you dont need them i might need the head light relay. The divers side head light doesnt want to go down.
