Went to the track this weekend to see how the bugs shake out!
10.400@142.64mph with a 1.83 60'
Not too bad at all considering it's a turbo, Stick shift, low profile radial car set up for corner carving lol there's still lots more left in it. That was on 21psi. So I'll head back in a couple weeks, play with the shocks a little more and throw some more boost at it and hopefully attain my goal of 9.99@150mph

Owned too many different modified toyotas to list LOL
I have nothing to add, other than to say this car is really something special. I love it!
Oh, and you posted the same burnout video, perhaps you meant to post track video?
I hope said video is in car. I bet it makes amazing sounds on the inside too![]()
Thanks I think I fixed the video now?

Is that an auto? Did this always have an auto?
He lives his life 1/4 mile at a time. As short a time as possible.

Things have gotten super srs
A few updates
Fabricated 9" housing with four link brackets and back brace, narrowed and line bar'd ready for some paint
Front suspension all finished up
Seats mounted
Removeable Driveshaft loop installed, temporary body mounts made so it has some to index back onto after I remove it to finish the top side of the cage welding
Rear suspension structure and tubing started yesterday
A small yet important detail! This hole is in the dash bar, fully sleeved and welded/dressed. This allows me to run wiring for say headlights/signal lights etc down through the strut tubes and out to the front to keep as many wires as possible hidden
Should be off the table and on the ground in the next couple weeks for final welding and then chassis certification!

What engine powers this now? It's still going to be turbo, guessing from the front exit manifold.
Firewall progress
Drivers steel floor done
Ignore the ugly ass grinding pattern on the floor where the Tilton pedal box mounts, it's an optical illusion in the photo. Note that the firewall panels use 6-32 button head cap screws to be retained.
And my new billet 88mm goodness custom made by Scremin! This things gonna be a monster!
