So pretty much I'm a lazy dink and have been playing soccer for the last week while I should have been getting this thing up to snuff.

Old cam gear, timing mark was off by 28 degrees.

New one, moved over 3 teeth (30 degrees). Funny how messy engine bays look mean, and ****ty...

Wired in a 255LPH ?Holley? pump. Actually a Walbro? Turns out my old pump was an S4 NA RX7 pump. Good for 150-160 max on a 13B. Explains the cutting out at 11psi. I hope my motor isn't exploded. Time will tell!

Then comes exhaust. I make my downpipe the morning of the last event. Two hours before qualifying to be exact. So I had to run the car open dump pipe. It was a lot quieter then I thought it would be,

I always think I hate making exhaust, then they always turn out dope and fun. Flex pipe early, then a slip connector to the intermediate pipe. All before where they always drag. Then it tucks up and hits a flange right before the resonator. My last down pipe met its doom when the old flange hooked on the top of my driveway. This shouldn't catch on anything. Also added another hanger. I predict this setup will be dope fly as long as the slip connector doesn't suck ass. I might do the whole motorcycle thing and do springs over it, or plates.

I want a TIG at home.

    Said intermediate pipe

SS vibrant coupler, obviously not made by them, but it looks good.

Here is a picture of some cold coffee.

Now you might think hot coffee would be the exact opposite, but no, this is.

Did you re-do all your fuel hardlines in 5/16? Custom bracket to mount in-tank pump or GTS?

I gotta swtich to in-tank. My in line pump is louder than Oprah's dildo.

I have a 5/16s feed out of a gts tank. You need to clearance inside the trunk a little for the filler neck, but other than that it's all good.

I like your car. Saw this thing parked in Millstream like 3+ years ago, it was then I realized how cool E7's are.

I agree Mike, but that is flush with the floor. So either oval or exhaust tunnel...

So got the new cam gear cut on the right tooth on the second try. Cams spin half as fast as the crank.....

Then it started missing. The smallport head has a little casting that interfered with my ghetto VR mount. Signal was **** so I made a new one.

Now I'm back in the tuff guy highway boosting game.

You look up close and the thing is crap. Haha

Joel and I were out tunning this thing. It is starting to get pretty fast. Also we built a det can. Very helpful. I will do a write up on that too.

Yes for unit. Off whatever, only difference is the plug.

Det can eh? That would be handy for dialing in timing. I'd liketo go for a rip in your car. We'll have to meet up some time. You can try the V8.
