Fack...poor Volvo got shuffled to the back so many times, Ford 6.4L died in my F450, did a motor swap to a mechanical diesel in that, along with a bunch of other crap, getting ready to move, had another kid....but everything is sort of caught up now....and I'm back at it.

Finally got the engine bay painted....

And got the engine and tranny mated and ready to go in. Hopefully later today that will happen.

I think about this thing every time I see an old volvo.

Fuel system failure in the 6.7? Went to a cummins swap I assume? Or 7.3?

Head gasket, I had quotes to fix it from 6-10k...f that. I put a dt360 and a Spicer 7 speed in. The motor has 684000 kms on it and still runs like a boss lol.

    Whatever became of this biatch?

I was wondering what you did about the short R150 input shaft. Does it reach the pilot bearing?

Just moving to Kamloops this week... The first thing in the new place was the car lol.

The r150 worked because the adapter was designed for it, it's 3/8" steel I think.
