Nice. I do alot of this stuff myself. This guys metal work is really good, but that car like most rust restored unibody cars will be even more rust prone then when the car was new if its used the same way (driven regularly, in the rain, snow, etc). The factory only uses spot welders which produce alot less bare metal and burned up weld thru primer then migs. You really have to be constantly thinking about how you're going to seal things up completely when putting a car back together like this or you'll be doing it again in at some point.

Got to give this guy more props where its due. I've picked up several tips and techniques from this thread that have helped alot. Just picked up some more hammers (cross peen hammers on sale at KMS right now, 6 bucks!) and an air flanging tool, sweet!
