    My guess is that you're right, I probably did miss something, and I'm more than willing to bet that there is a vac leak.. Wanna see if you can find where I went wrong? ...I am still learning after all, and this being my first car/first mod, i could always use some experienced information.

    MSD going in right now, pictars later.

    Finish your parts swap and verify the changes made, then we can diagnose from there. Changes made without proper diagnosis just cause more problems.
    For your reference, the process for setting the idle on a carbed car involve setting both the carb and the ignition timing together and adjusting them together to achieve a nice balance. The engine must be up to temp when you set them.
