    Stock.

Rust fixings. Rims loaded up to go to refinish, the lips are toast.

Tubs. Sale at PA right now, only $16 each!

Mine are silver face. Should I do this?? I like the look of the Rikens, and I think the black would give it that oldschool look.

nice trailer fenders. you can also use the tip of a wheel barrow cut in half down the middle to tub your fire wall. saw it on a mini truck mag they fit 22's on a bagged, and body dropped s10.

found it. and sorry it was on 20's. very cool article

When you say 'PA,' are you referring to princess auto? I was just curious, about those hood struts, and if they would fit my x83. Do they have a part number on them? Its just embarrassing every time I open my hood, I have to prop it with a wooden stick. These are some great plans for Bretts old rape wagon! 1uz and air ride were made for each other.

The rear bags are from a truck at the junkyard. They are flimsy and old, but are meant for huge tow loads. I'm not worried. Bags are good for 200psi I think, I think I'll be somewhere around 70psi for ride height.

I'll be running 4 gauges and pressure will determine ride height of each bag, each corner (8 solenoids total, up and down for each). I'll just know what psi normal ride heigh is after I set it.
You can get all sorts of electronic sensors that will bring you to ride height even if you're loaded (tow/passengers/drugs), but this is the easy and cheap way to do it.

The 5m is gone. The engine bay is super clean! (simple green ftw)
V8 will be in in a couple of weeks. Air bags will take a while.

Just playing with fitment. Turns out I don't need tubs up front! Rears will take a lot more work.
I took all the measurements I need to make the bag mounts as well. I'll have to run the top hat on top of the strut for a little more room, but it's going to fit just right.
1/2" away from laying frame. I'll get it down.
