You either have a real urge to learn how to drive... Or you wanna be just another asshole who takes the shortcut

Buy a Corolla or get the hell of this board. Thank you

Come to think of it...where did all the s chassis kids on this board come from. It happened so slowly I just noticed.

Isnt there a 240sx forum out there? if there is ... than send him there and save all this time for explanations, I got myself a ae86 cause i just love to drive them thats it! a 240 is easy to drift but its never like a ae86. You dont want to crash a 86 and dont want to see anyother one doing it. save a chassi, buy a 240 and change forum. thanks

Buy a Corolla... Then proceed to have your ass completely handed to you each and every time by the 240 next to you. Unless you are one of the very few who have spent countless hours and about 20 grand to build something competitive.

I think 240 are hard played, hyped up and what not.
But it will still still rape most AE's, even the built ones with minor work.

And to say the AE is way harder to drive is kinda stupid to. Rolla's are not hard to drive.

Just my opinion looking from the outside in. I really think cars fit people personality's and driving styles. So who ****ing cares.

They are hard to drive well in stock, or near stock form, compared to a 240 in stock or near stock form.

Thats cause corollas have dog shat options and ancient suspension design. Corollas have a better power to weight ratio than 240's, so no excuses. If GTS's came factory with a LSD in canada, people whould be saying different. Fact is, the 240 is a better designed car and the AE is rolling on a basic design that goes back to the 60's. What is funner to drive depends on the person.

im torn between parts cost, limitations, how much working on it will kick my ass.
either or will need a motor swap mr2 for rolla. R33 GT-S for the 240
i dont know what complications i could run into with either or
which is more bang for my buck

how do you have 1800 posts?

    FUUUUUHHHHHH...

more seriously.. corollas feel wicked. and 240's are ok as well. but are definitely easier to drift.

i will never own a 240. ever. because i never wanted for anything more. you can do banks in third gear with a stock powertrain if you've got the GUTS. its shorter wheelbase. and faster transitions. its also going to be more work than you want to do. if you're asking what you should buy, then f*kc off and buy something else. like a honda. you won't finish your car and you'll ruin something someone else could enjoy and part it out and everyone will call you a faggot fanboy.
