    Sunday drive around Victoria

So here's the idea: Get a half dozen or more cars together, grab some coffee, go for a cruise.

Specifically, meet at the Shelbourne/Cedar Hill Tim Horton's, head up cedar hill and through Mt. Doug park then continue until Cordova bay road hits the Pat Bay Highway, south to the Elk Lake/Haliburton junction, follow Elk Lake rd to Beaver Lake rd, to West Saanich rd, then make our way along Prospect Lake rd to Francis King park and stop to smell the flowers for a bit.
Depending on the circumstances of that moment, we could either take Munn rd all the way till it ends and come out in Millstream, or just disband from Francis King..

Since the 17th is too short notice to get a good number of cars out, then it'll be on the 31st. The more the merrier, right?

So yea, 6-12 or more cars, Timmies@10am, on the road by 11. Bring at least a few hours to kill, it'll be awesome

    31st guys, not the 24th.

yeaa.. I figured the day after tomorrow wouldn't be enough time in advance. and by the 24th, I really meant the 31st.. goin to Saltspring with the gf next weekend.. I'll fix that.

See top post for real details. Get mad at me if you like, or go on the 24th anyway..

And Warren, yes, we can meet at the Shelbourne/Cedar Hill one instead.

I'm guessing there's a drift event on the 31st? I'm game for that.

I see. well either way I'm looking forward to things happening soon. I haven't been out to a meet since it snowed in January.. great timing, Victoria winter!

And depending on the time of the event the following monday, I'll make it out if I don't work or I can go after work if it's in the evening..

Dang, I'm heading to Toronto on the 26th. I could have been in for the 24th... Would have had to hitch w/someone though, I don't think my sister will lend me her Saturn for cruising purposes.

I have a child's (not mine) birthday party on sunday. Its in the afternoon though so I might be able to come for a bit. It would give me a good excuse to try the "auto-tune" feature on the ms3.
