    Suddenly a wild Peanut appears...

Found this on PEI of all places, rust capital of the world. '74 Corolla 1600 2 speed Toyoglide. Comes with a 20x12 barn full (I literally mean full, I counted 8 dash clusters and at least 5 extra grilles) of parts. Also includes a '78 for parts as well. That is on top of the boxes of brand new parts he had for it as well.

Slight resto mod on this one, It is the least rusty Toyota I have ever owned other than my '03. Going to try and get some 86 front brakes on it and not sure what I am going to do for suspension in the rear. I would convert it to coils but I feel that might be sacrilege. I have my choice of 4 or 5 speed transmissions to convert to and may even do a Megasquirt and itb's.

If anyone needs any 74~ish Corolla parts let me know. I am swimming in them at the moment.

I AM ON THE LOOKOUT FOR A NON CRACKED BLACK DASH PAD, AND SMALL '73- BUMPERS. WOULD LOVE TO TRADE FOR THEM.

Sweet find! Too bad I am trading away my '74 wagon or I might hit you up for parts.

Be sure to photograph everything as you organize it. I would be interested in seeing what you have.

There is more than just '74 parts, guy was a hoarder of old Corolla parts. There is parts from all around that era. I have a 78 2 dr parts car that the carpet is sitting on the ground that comes with it.

Yeah been out of the car stuff for a while. I got the '78 over to my work ... in pieces. The pictures speak for themselves. PEI mint. I did cut the roof but there was nothing holding the bottom together. It completely broke free when I cut the a pillars.

I now have a good running '78 front clip... also if anyone needs taillight lenses, or front grille stuff I have some, most of the chrome is good. Also side window rubber, rear window rubber, passenger side 1/4 window.. everything else is garbage. I hope to move on to the barn this week some time.

I just happened across a haggard 76 2dr that I'm gunna daily drive. I could use the drivers door seal, radio, passengers window crank, chrome trim for the entire car if you have it, front and rear bumpers if you have them (though I might just retrofit my mango bumpers to it), and the headliner. My roof is currently just a sticky fly trap on the inside.

    As for TE21/27 stuff,

Do you have fender emblems, chrome front fender trim, and all the interior dome lights and such for the car? Let me know.

Also, good luck on the find, that car looks to be in great shape.

Thanks, I have not got out to check the barn yet as to what is there exactly, I do know there is a rare as heck tachometer gauge cluster, but the plastic is slightly broken on it(doh). I will be going out friday or saturday for sure to sort and compile a list.

The 78 was pretty much a complete write off. I will see about the door seal and window crank. I have most of the grille chrome but is is just fair after closer inspection, and that is about all that is left. The engine and some electronics are all that I ended up keeping.

Brett! Thanks, I am very stoked on having a old rolla again.

Welcome back. Was there ANYTHING metal that was salvageable on the 78?
