    PFS/Feeler: Widebody 20V AE86 $6200

With a kid on the way, and a complete lack of time to work on her, I'm considering parting ways with all my 86 stuff. There is no parting out, I'd like to sell it all at once, unless there are two buyers who agree for one person to buy the engine, and the other to buy the body, at the same time. Otherwise, all at once.

I took these pictures today. The engine is not in the car, I dropped a valve in the old engine, and have another 20V to go in its place, just haven't done it yet. I'm in the process of selling my house and buying another, and as such I don't have time to finish this up. I've put an unreasonable amount of time into this stupid car, and I'm 50/50 on getting rid of it because of this. I don't need to sell it, but I will if the right person comes along. I don't need the money for any particular reason, so I would be receptive to any cool trades out there, nothing FWD, no projects. Doesn't have to be just car trades either, anything interesting. The worst I'll say is no. There's more than what's listed here, I'm sure I've forgotten a bunch.

So I would have to install the new 20v and pray it works? or it will come installed and running for 6200$?

I'm highly interested in the car but it would be a deal breaker if its not drive able to make the trip from Edmonton to high river.

I'm spraying the engine bay this weekend, then putting the engine in next week. The more time I spend on it the less likely I am to sell it, but we'll see. I've seen garbage rust wagons sell for 5K, so my price is more than reasonable as it sits right now, even with the engine out of it.

No I totally agree but I know my wife would kill me if I had another not running corolla in the garage. I am not harking on the price at all I just wanted to know if you were selling it as is or running. With the recent flood in High River I'm currently homeless and my te72 in the garage got flooded. I have no time and no place to work on a car for a few months but I have been looking for a solid 86 coupe for sale in Alberta for a long long time.

Hopefully the engine will be in and everything will be ready. I'm still waiting on a Dr Tweak engine harness. When I have that it'll run, I don't have time to rewire another harness, it's a PITA at the best of times.

Sorry to hear about your house, the flood has kicked a lot of peoples asses. My wife has never used the garage in the tenure of our marriage because of my cars. It's also one of the motivating factors in possibly moving the 86. With a kid on the way I should probably let her use the garage for the winter at least.

No, it's not running, haven't touched it in a while, no time these days. Hence the sale. Might as well pass it on to some other enthusiast that can actually work on her. And yes, trd 2-way w/ 4.77

I'd hope if you won the lottery you'd buy a sweeter car than a $6K Corolla

Unless you won $6K on a scratch ticket, and even then, hookers and blow are every bit as enticing
