    Spring 2014 Amsoil Group Buy

Last year's group buy was quite successful and I was able to get a ton of people their oil, filters, etc. for significantly lower than retail. The order will be placed on April 30, so you need to get your requests to me before then.

I'll basically just copy and paste the info from the last group buy below. Please be sure to give me the exact oil you're after, eg. saying 5W30 doesn't work as there are a handful of different 5W30s for different applications and change intervals. If you're not sure which oil to go with for your application you can use the product lookup guide on amsoil.com. If you're still not sure then feel free to ask for a recommendation.

I'm going to knock another 10% off my prices that are already between 40-60% below retail prices at stores like Canadian Tire and NAPA. Sadly we still get screwed on retail pricing vs. our friends south of the border, pretty much marked up 40-50%.

There is no minimum order since everyone will be coming to the same place, but I'd really prefer you order at least enough for an oil change. You also get a bit better deal when you order in full cases, usually saves about 6% over ordering singles while ordering in cases of gallons saves around another 6%.

This isn't just for oil and fluids though. Amsoil stocks a ton of other maintenance parts, NGK plugs, EA and Wix filters, Injen air intake systems, windshield wipers and a ton more. Click on the link below, input your vehicle and it will tell you everything that's available along with all your capacities, recommended fluids, torque specs on drain bolts, etc.

Any questions fire away. Be sure to check out the Amsoil garage for your car as it should be able to answer most of your availability questions for your vehicles.

I will be asking for a full name and phone number as confirmation that your order has been received. If you haven't given me those then your order is not confirmed.

This is what the haul looked like last time, I'd like to see even more this time around!

Full price list updated. Easiest way to find your product is to take the product code and search for it in the spreadsheet. Keep in mind that there are different sizes available in the same products.

    https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/...Gc&usp=sharing

Per example. Below we first have a case of 12 qts, then a single qt, case of 4 1-gallon bottles, one 1-gallon bottle, etc. When you search you'll want to search for the full item "XLMQTC-CA". You could search for "5W-20" but it will bring back a bunch of results.

    XLMQTC-CA $98.53 XL 5W-20 Synthetic Motor Oil: 12 946-ml bottles
    XLMQTC-EA $8.63 XL 5W-20 Synthetic Motor Oil: 1 946-ml bottle
XLM1G-CA $127.03 XL 5W-20 Synthetic Motor Oil: (4) gallon bottles
    XLM1G-EA $33.39 XL 5W-20 Synthetic Motor Oil: 1-gallon bottle
    XLM27-EA $7433.37 XL 5W-20 Synthetic Motor Oil: 275-gallon tote
    XLM30-EA $854.91 XL 5W-20 Synthetic Motor Oil: 30-gallon drum
    XLM55-EA $1496.09 XL 5W-20 Synthetic Motor Oil: 55-gallon drum

I would but I have two local hookups for it already for similar prices. Best oil you can buy though people should jump on this.

Thanks. I can ship, but it's tough to compete with local prices as shipping really takes away the cost benefit unfortunately. Unless a bunch of people get together and make a big order, then the warehouse can ship it out on a pallet and bring the shipping costs down. Even still, they're pretty reasonable on their shipping rates. I've shipped some stuff to Devin before and the price wasn't too bad.

I am running Amsoil in my 1JZ Celica currently and I can confirm that it hasn't blown up.

Good deal. Good service you are offering.

Devin was pointing out that my pricing is comparable to US retail on the Amsoil website, which is true, but as usual we get screwed north of the border to the tune of about 40% on retail as well as my cost vs US dealers. The website also doesn't include tax, so that's another 5%. If you are near the border and can find a dealer that can give you a deal then you could probably save some vs my pricing, but you'll never find my pricing in retail stores.

Although it looks like Canadian Tire may not offer Amsoil anymore, I know them and Napa offered the Signature oils at $17.99/qt + tax and eco fees, so around $19/qt prior to the most recent price bump. My price is $11.63 with tax and eco fee, even lower if you buy a full case or in gallon jugs. You can get the OE full synthetic oils for around $7/qt. You'll have a tough time finding synthetic blends from any brand that cheap, even on sale.
