    E70 Flares... Hot or Not?

    These E70 flares showed up on ebay recently.... "Handmade" in Thailand out of steel... $300 or so landed in Canada...

    I think the bottom tips of the fronts are a bit iffy... They should go down to the crease. Not a bad solution for rusted arches...

    I agree, I think the fronts need to extend down a bit further. They don't look bad though.

    I like them. They look like a common "universal" flare, but the steel bit seals it for me. Don't see metal flares on the market aside from one off jobs. Hell they'd probably fit a lot of older Japanese cars that have to deal with the door being right over the rear arches. But looking at the ad, the thickness might be an issue.

    I prefer the 240Z "ZG" flares which seem to just compliment most cars well.

    These don't taper off well, I prefer a tapered, pointed end then a squared off end.
