Cop slapped me with a VI

He was just out looking for someone to make sad at 3:30am and here comes corolla boy...I see him do a u turn behind me and I know something is up.

Anyway I gotta deal, does any one have any tips?

Also I need to borrow bumpers if you got em, and maybe some lenses.

I have till Dec.8 to repair all rust holes and get a proper exhaust but I think it's do able; the only thing that I am concerned with is frame rust where the rear bumper mounts: thinking I might reshape it and paint over it.

It's not too bad, I just touched up the paint

Thats the only image I have on hand.

The big issue is I want chrome bumpers and I got some from an old corona. I don't have a wielder to put them on properly so I cut off my bumper to the mounts and then attached a 2x4 so I could screw the bumper to it.

And you can see the muffler hanging down.

I am wondering if it is okay to not have any back seats too.

I probably need to borrow a front bumper too because I removed the foam spacer and it just has the metal.

I know someone that had an 80s Toy truck pulled off the road for a frame repair gone bad. Make sure you do an excellent job or bring it to someone who knows what they're doing. Just a tip...

I have a rumbly exhaust on one of my Celicas (2.5" pipe w/a Wagner) and while rather noisy (IMO) haven't been pulled over ever. I also had another Celica that had no muffler at all, just a 14" tip. That rumbled too (the drone drove me nuts, had it fixed) but was never pulled over either. I guess it's a bit of a crapshoot.

It's funny, one of the reasons I was pulled over was because my oem muffler was hanging "too low". My car is quiet.
Anyway, I had a shop give it a quick look and unless I drop serious money and time it won't pass.

I have an ad up on used Vic...
