Wow, now tell me how scared you were. The day I bought my corolla I was driving home trying to figure out where everything was, a semi flew past me in the lane right next to me and I almost soiled my pants.

Wasent expecting to be so low to the ground!

Not too shabby, could've been a lot worse. Glad that it wasn't though.

ya its not too too bad but its still gonna cost 2g to fix... i need to fix the door, pop the 1/4 panel back out and repaint the damn car... coz they cant colour match my paint... the guy said hes gonna pay out of his own pocket.. so i just have to fax him the invoice and he'll send me the check by mail coz hes from quebec....

but to tell u the truth it was kinda scarey to see the wheel right up my face.. and when he hit me i saw metal flyin up in the air and i thought it was all over but i was kinda lucky there was on car on my right lane so i can move over witout hittin an other car and killing myself... im still in shock abuot it but im more worry abuot my car gettin fixed and the wedding more then myself right now

Thats some scarry stuff, did you happen to write down his plate number or anything? Atleast you're alright and the damage is minor. Looks like you've been racing nascar style haha

I tell you, it's not worth the hassle of doing it privately! Especially if this guy starts to flake out and not send you any money. I have been burned once on that sort of thing, and it's not worth the phone calls back and forth and the haggling. Insurance will just fix it right the first time or keep fixing it till it's right. Body shops live off insurance, not private customers......
